Hello, and welcome to our new web site and our inaugural "Ag Comments" page. This page will hopefully be a regular update of events pertaining to the agriculture industry in the Mississippi Delta. For our first page, I would like to tell you a little about myself. My name is Tom Eubank. I have lived in Greenville most of my life and grew up on a family farm. I graduated from Greenville Christian School in 1988, and Mississippi State University in 1992, with a Bachelor's degree in agronomy. I have been a field agronomist at Farmers Incorporated, in Greenville, MS since 1993. I am a Nationally Certified Crop Advisor, and hold a Mississippi Consultants license. I am a member of the Mississippi Society of Agronomy, the Mississippi Ag Industry Council, and the Mississippi Weed Science Society where I was recently appointed to the board of directors. Some of my community involvements include member of Emmanuel Baptist Church, local director of "Hunters for Christ," a volunteer fireman, registered EMT and an avid sportsman/conservationist.
